JUST A FEW QUICK CHRISTMAS CARDS!!!

I quickly made these Christmas cards using my scraps and off cuts that I have stored in a box. I was having trouble putting the lid on so decided to make a few extra cards tonight!!!! (LOL).
By the way just in case i don't get to post before Christmas, have a fantastic Holiday break and new year with your family and friends and also thank you for all your kind comments and following in the past two months.
p.s I also took a photo of my latest Christmas purchase and have it hanging on my kitchen window at the moment admiring it before i hang it on my front door (LOL)
MERRY CHRISTMAS

ON THE TWELFTH DAY OF CHRISTMAS I.....

On the twelfth day of Christmas I .................. didn't finish this box with twelve Christmas cards in it on time!!!!!! I had this idea that i would send a card out every day till Christmas but I have only just tonight finished this project and what, its more like four days till Christmas? (LOL) I saw this cute little box that I have totally cased (I don't normally like doing that) but i couldn't resist, click here even though it meant making my own template box and cards/ envelopes,
but i really like how it turned out apart from the fact its hard taking decent photos at night!!!!
This box holds fifteen christmas cards five each of blue, white and craft in between the dividers with the envelopes being stored at the back of the box.
Wouldn't this make a cool birthday present with a whole lot of pre-made cards inside?
Anyway i must be going to bed i promised myself an early night,

By the way my middle son Lachlan has been a little disappointed that he hasn't seen a photo of himself on my blog yet, so I took one of him this morning while I was getting him ready for his kindy fancy dress party!!!

And don't you just love the snow on my blog!!!!!!! okay i know it doesn't snow here apart from up the mountain but it makes me feel like it is!!!!! OHHH to be able to have a white Christmas !!!!

TYLER'S CARD

My little nephew Tyler is getting dedicated on sunday and I brought him this cute little knitted teddy bear.
My mum and dad are traveling to Sydney this afternoon to spend the weekend with him and my sister so i had to make this card really quickly so it could all travel with them.
I tried to use coordinating colours on the card so that it would match the teddy,
Must go.

KWERNER CHALLENGE # 33

Another Kwerner challenge this week!!! When i got the coordinating card stock out i wasn't sure how i was going to fit the Certainly Celery in, so I decided to use it as one of my main colours to really challenge myself.
We got our Christmas tree last night and it was to late to decorate it so Noah and I are waiting in anticipation for the boys to come home from kindy and school so we can decorate it!!!
I borrowed the solemn stillness stamp set from a friend and thought why not decorate this Christmas tree with buttons, (since we can't our real tree). Unfortunately our Stampin Up Catalogue doesn't have the coordinating buttons to match the colours in this challenge but I managed to find some in my stash that do.
I only added a tiny bit of Pumpkin Pie by stamping the word Be Merry and sewing a few matching beads, you can't tell in the photo that well, but all the buttons are different and also the star on top of the Christmas tree is a button too (lol).
Also a big thank you to all of the people who have left comments on previous challenges I am really going to make sure I have time to view all the other entries and leave comments.

WHAT A DAY!!!!

I had a fantastic day on Sunday, I got together with two friends Tracey and Jan.
We had ourselves our own little stamping room and spent the whole day whipping up some christmas cards, it was a flippin hot day but we had a fan which made it a little better.
I really have enjoyed using Ruby Red i often go straight for Real Red when making Christmas cards.
In the new mini is some beautiful Ruby Red designer paper which i centered all my Christmas cards around,
These are a few of the Christmas cards I made.
